What we do for you as a candidate
Our talent lies in knowing where clients' needs coincide with the next best step for you. We work first and foremost for clients. When our clients' needs and your interests and abilities match, we'll be happy to work with you to go after the vacancy. Once in front of the client, the rest is up to you.

Quality is a cornerstone for everything we do. We constantly assess our performance to Candidates through independently run quality surveys where we ask them to compare RSA to their perceived "best in class". Below are the latest results:

What we don't do
- We don't pester you with unsuitable vacancies - unless our information about you is out-of-date. So please, make sure OUR COPY of your CV is up to date. If necessary, update your CV now.
- We don't sell jobs to candidates
- We don't sell candidates to companies
- We do not send your CV unbidden to all and sundry. We only send it to a client after getting your express permission
- We do not take up references from current or former employers without your express permission.
The importance of you as a candidate
Without clients and candidates, we wouldn't have a business.
Can you get me a job?
We don't get people jobs. We are client-driven; we find the right people for positions that clients ask us to fill.
Can you find me a job?
Only if one of our clients is looking for someone like you.
Can you give me a list of jobs?
We don't operate in that way. We match people and jobs very carefully. That's our expertise. You can see some of what we're working on by looking at our vacancies website.
How much will you charge me?
Nothing. Companies pay us for our services, not candidates.

That will depend on what kind of person you are, what skills you have, and how appealing your CV is so send us your CV now!
How should I write my CV?

What do you do with my CV?
Scan it into our database. Then when your profile matches a position a client has asked us to fill, we show it to prospective employers - with your permission.
How long will it take to get another job?
That depends on how much your skills are in demand.
When will I hear anything from you?
We will contact you as soon as we have a vacancy that may be of interest to you.
When will I get an interview with you?
At a mutually convenient time - when a client's and your needs coincide.
