Principal / Senior Consultants; RSA AG, Switzerland

To succeed in this role you will need to be commercially astute and have a quality focus together with demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas:

• An Executive Search consultant with demonstrable success operating at a senior level.
• A consultant within an established recruitment company, ideally within the Life Sciences or Scientific/Technology sectors.
• An Independent Consultant in the Life Science sector with good experiences and Swiss references would also be considered.
• An industry professional who has worked directly within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors preferably in HR responsible for recruitment and who wants to move into the recruitment industry.

Competencies key to your success in this role will include business development, communication, teamwork and the ability to manage multiple projects.
