RSA Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing Talent/Human Capital provider for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare industries. We work with clients in Germany and Austria principally and in Eastern and Western Europe to provide talent acquisition based upon our direct search activities and extensive database of candidates across all functional areas of Life Sciences. Our services include Executive Search, Interim Managers and Talent Lifecycle Services®.

As part of our ongoing expansion we are now looking to recruit an additional consultant to work within this fast growing operation in Frankfurt or Munich.

To be considered for this position you must be a fluent German speaker, located and experienced in Europe and you will need to have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• A Search Consultant within an established recruitment company, ideally within the Life Sciences or Scientific/Technology sectors.
• For more senior positions - five years plus of experience and an ability to work in an ethical, customer focused manner.
• You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and skills in English, German and another European language would be a distinct bonus.
