As a key member of the RSA team, you will use all available sources of market intelligence to identify, locate and attract suitable candidates for specialized mid-to-senior level executive search assignments. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and apply expertise in searching for information and building networks – leading us to outstanding candidates
• Interact broadly with candidates and clients
• Establish yourself through working with exceptional colleagues in a highly supportive culture
• Be a key team member contributing to our motto to "find and place the best" – especially for ourselves.

To succeed you will have:

• An undergraduate degree is required
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A high degree of comfort in communicating with senior level executives
• Outstanding database and Internet research skills and a broad knowledge of business information sources
• Project oriented, and a strong work ethic
• Flexible and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical professional with good attention to detail.

You should have previous experience in a similar research role ideally within a search firm. Outstanding researchers will be considered for consultant positions over time.
