Researcher / Senior Researcher; RSA Executive Search

Located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, as a key member of the RSA team, you will use all available sources of market intelligence to identify, locate and attract suitable candidates for specialised mid-to-senior level executive search.

To succeed you will have:

• A undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a research role
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A high degree of comfort in communicating with senior level executives
• Outstanding database and Internet research skills and a broad knowledge of business information sources
• Project oriented, and a strong work ethic
• Flexible and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical professional with good attention to detail.
