Trainee Associate Consultant - Interim Management

RSA Consulting GmbH is a rapidly growing Talent/Human Capital provider for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare industries. We work with clients in Germany and Austria principally and in Eastern and Western Europe to provide talent acquisition based upon our direct search activities and extensive database of candidates across all functional areas of Life Sciences. Our services include Executive Search, Interim Managers and Talent Lifecycle Services®.

As part of our ongoing expansion we are now looking to recruit a trainee associate consultant to work within this fast growing operation in Frankfurt and to make his or her first steps in Interims Management.

Main responsibilities:

Proactively supporting the Director Interims by:

• Identifying and contacting potential candidates and clients
• Coordination of appointments and time management
• Preparation of meetings and interviews including required documents
• Taking meeting minutes as well as writing interview reports and recommendations
• General administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or graduation expected within the next 6 months (we also support suitable candidates in writing a bachelor thesis within RSA)
• Specialization on HRM is a plus
• Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite
• Open minded, extraverted and team-oriented personality
• Stay on top of things even in highly stressful situations
• Far-seeing, efficient and solution-oriented working style.
