Helping Archimedes Pharma to grow

Today's Financial Times features a supplement dedicated to the issue of working in interim management. The supplement features a specific case study, written by Robert Orr, that focuses on how Archimedes Pharma built their business through the assistance of Interim Managers supplied by RSA, and how those interims played a vital role in the development of the company, a European specialty pharmaceutical company founded in the UK. Mr Orr interviews Charles Marchetti, Group Services & Operations Director of Archimedes Pharma.
