RSA will have a strong presence at the second international quality assurance conference in Edinburgh.

The event - titled The Route to Enlightenment - is hosted by BARQA, the British Association of Research Quality Assurance.

Evy Young of RSA Interims, who is based in Scotland, and Tim Wagstaff, of RSA's quality and manufacturing practice, will join top industry experts from around the world at the city's conference centre from October 29 to 31.

BARQA is dedicated to advancing quality research in pharmaceutical, agrochemical and chemical industry sectors.

Wagstaff said: "Since its inception in 1977, the association has grown and developed to reflect regulatory changes, the impact of regulatory inspection and the changing structure and needs of industry."

"Despite the tightening of belts throughout the industry, quality assurance is still of paramount importance."

Wagstaff and Young will be present throughout the conference, emphasising RSA's recruitment expertise in the area of quality assurance, as well as taking part in presentations and workshops organised by leading industry experts.
