Amber joined RSA in 2010 as a Senior Consultant within the Clinical & Regulatory practice and brings to the team over six years Life Sciences recruitment experience.

Amber began her Life Sciences recruitment career in 2004 with an initial focus on the recruitment of sales professionals for many of the UK’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies. Rapidly moving into Executive Search, Amber has worked with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US to fill mid to senior level positions within Medical, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance and related functions.

Prior to entering recruitment, Amber spent a number of years in both sales and customer services roles for organisations including British Airways and Countryside Properties.
