Andy Smith has been a professional Executive recruiter for more than 12 years. His many years of high level recruiting have been focused in the area of Human Life Sciences. Andy’s work has spanned the Life Sciences industry to include both small, emerging corporations and many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

He has successfully recruited across general management, clinical research, business development, human resources, research & development, marketing & sales and finance. Andy is equally comfortable working at the manager/director level for difficult search assignments as he is recruiting at the ‘C’ level.

Prior to joining RSA Singapore, Andy worked for RSA in the UK and for RSA Americas in Morristown, New Jersey.

Andy’s successful work in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific has been accentuated by his clear understanding of the needs of both candidates and clients in cross-border search assignments.

In addition to his family, outside of work he enjoys rugby, soccer and theatre.
