Axel Kathoefer
Director; Interims

Axel joined RSA Consulting GmbH in December 2010 as Director Interims he brings almost 4 years of experience in Interims at one of the German market leaders in specialised recruitment. He is the leader of the German RSA Interims Team with a personal focus on Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and General Management.

His career began in a mortgage bank in Munich before studying business administration at the University of TU Bergakademie Freiberg. He received his diploma in April 2005. In the years between 2005 and 2007 he worked for a consultant company focused on restructuring mid size companies. In 2007 he joined Greenwell Gleeson Interim Management as a Consultant and was shortly promoted to Head of Interim Management. He worked across different branches for local and international medical engineering, pharmaceutical and chemistry companies on senior positions and projects.

With his experiences in Interims he will be responsible for the growing the Interim Management market for RSA Germany and Austria.

Axel is native German speaker and fluent in English.
