Bertrand joined RSA Americas in 2010 as Senior Consultant after completing 3 successful years with the Swiss office of RSA as a Consultant.

Bertrand effectively built the medical device practice and helped the pharmaceutical practice in Switzerland and Europe.

His assignments have focused on expert, middle management to senior level placements within Sales and Marketing, HR, Medical Affairs, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Manufacturing roles.

Prior to joining RSA, Bertrand gained several years of experience as an HR Executive for various companies (Canon, Akka Technologies and Diagnostica Stago).

In his previous position Bertrand was an HR Executive in France for Diagnostica Stago; he was in charge of recruitment, interim staff and HR development. Within this 'Coagulation Company’, worldwide manufacturer of reagents and analytical instruments in Haemostasis, Junior developed his knowledge of Medical Devices and Diagnostics.

As a psychologist, Bertrand holds a Masters degree of Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Paris 'René Descartes'.

Fluent in English, French and Portuguese, Bertrand also has a good command of Spanish.
