Chantal Williams, BA (Hons)

Chantal joined RSA Executive Search in 2007 and brings with her almost nine years' of experience in Life Sciences Executive Search. She is a key member of RSA's Manufacturing & Quality practice, working on a broad range of roles in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Compliance and Regulatory CMC.

Her career began in a small boutique consultancy before moving to Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International. Chantal joined Futurestep as a Researcher and was shortly promoted to Head of Research, managing a team of eight across a variety of industry sectors, whilst retaining a role as Senior Researcher within the Life Sciences practice. She was subsequently promoted to the role of Consultant within the practice.

Chantal has a B.A (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Central England. She has a proven track record of placing senior Life Sciences professionals for local and international pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices companies across a range of functions including Sales & Marketing, Clinical Research, Regulatory, HR, R&D, Manufacturing and QA.
