RSA Non-Executive Director

Chris Morley has been a Non-Executive Director at RSA since January 2001.

He has worked for over thirty years at senior executive and Board level in a range of Human Resource and strategy related areas.

He has worked on a number of M&A projects - from Due Diligence through to integration and change management - in UK (several), France, Germany, Spain and Belgium.

He has worked in several sectors, although the last twenty years has been in the Pharmaceutical industry, his last appointment being VP Human Resources (Europe) for Quintiles. He has established and managed HR functions in most of Europe, as well as in Japan, the Middle East and the US.

He has most recently been involved in developing Business strategies from an HR perspective for SME's, including transfer of ownership and exit, and outsourcing strategies for global pharmaceutical companies.

As well as being a NED of RSA Chris is also a Director of two consultancies - one in strategic Human Resources and the other a business support company for the non-European biotech sector.

Chris graduated from Oxford with a degree in Modern Languages, and was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1992.
