Edith joined RSA in May 2011, bringing to the team over 15 years of experience in finding talent for the Life Sciences sector.

A graduate Chemist, Edith spent five years with Avecia in discovery research before leading the management and growth of a boutique life sciences executive search business.

Prior to joining RSA, Edith was a Principal Consultant within the Life Sciences Practice at Harvey Nash where she ran searches across all functions.

From early-stage biotech and medical technology companies to multinational blue chip pharmaceutical organisations, Edith has successfully delivered international searches for board level appointments, senior management and technical specialists. She has recruited in all functional areas, with particular emphasis on Research & Development, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and General Management.
