Esra is the founder and Managing Director of RSA FarmaCity in Turkey and has 16 years experience of working within the Life Sciences industry. She holds a BSc from Istanbul University, Faculty of Pharmacy. As a pharmacist, she joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1996, taking active responsibility in mainly commercial sales and marketing roles for top 10 pharma companies until 2004.

Esra founded FarmaCity Life Sciences Executive Search in 2005 and led the company to becoming a leading Life Sciences Executive Search consultancy in Turkey serving major industry clients.

Esra continues to be personally involved in delivering executive assignments. During the past seven years, she has delivered top management and ‘C’ level assignments across the industry. Passion to succeed and enthusiasm have always played an important part in Esra’s management style and FarmaCity has grown by 30% year on year since its establishment. Her experience covers start-up companies, generics, biotech and big pharma across all functional areas.

Esra is fluent in Turkish, English and intermediate in Spanish.
