Jessica Blackwell is an experienced recruitment consultant who in 2011 joined the RSA Foster Partners team in Shanghai. Jessica brings with her over three years recruitment experience, and is responsible for Pharmaceutical recruitment within China with a particular focus on R&D and Commercial roles.

Jessica has experience recruiting sales professionals for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in the U.K. During this time she successfully completed assignments for major clients including Allergan; Astra Zeneca; Biomet; BMS; Covidien; J&J; Novartis; Schering Plough; Smith & Nephew. In 2010 Jessica was selected as a finalist for PharmaTimes “Sales Recruiter of the Year”, nominated by both candidates and clients for high levels of service.

Jessica has also recruited for the upstream Oil & Gas industry working with Operators and EPC’s. This experience gave her international exposure as she managed the Europe & Africa region focusing on permanent recruitment.

Jessica has always worked in 360 roles and understands the needs of both candidates and clients. Many of her candidates have remained in their roles for sustained periods of time and many have gone on to be high performers.

Jessica graduated from the University of York and holds a degree in Educational Studies. Prior to undertaking her degree, Jessica trained and qualified as a Horse Riding Instructor.
