John has worked in executive search for 19 years. During his career he has won, implemented and led search projects across 23 countries for some of the world's leading organisations.

Prior to RSA he was the Founder and Global Managing Director of SpenglerFox and International Director for The Grafton Group of recruitment companies. Previously John also held board director posts at Alexander Mann and Managing Partner at Antal International. As Managing Director, John develops partnerships with clients and offers consulting on their recruitment needs. He also assembles and manages the project team for each assignment and ongoing recruitment process.
