John brings to RSA Americas, a strong foundation in life sciences and a unique set of experiences across functional areas, industries, various sized companies and academics.

John has spent 20 years in the Life Sciences industry. He has worked in sales, marketing, management, human resources, and account management positions. He has worked in positions of progressive responsibility in the pharmaceutical, marketing services, consumer, and biotech industries.

John led the Sales Recruiting Services for Johnson & Johnson for three years. He was able to expand the department to support recruiting across all J&J sectors and reduce the overall costs of recruiting for sales positions by 25%. He oversaw the marketing operations responsibilities for Novartis Oncology across 5 commercialized brands in North America. John led teams of business development and client services professionals for over 4 years on the health care professional and direct to consumer vendor side of the business for the life sciences industry. He worked with over 20 pharmaceutical, medical device/diagnostic, and consumer health care companies.

John brings extensive knowledge in Life Sciences having worked in many functions and industries, and hence brings significant value to clients. He has served as a hiring manager for over 15 years with a span of control as large as 60 people and he understands first-hand the importance of hiring the best talent.

He has a deep knowledge of sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry, marketing in the consumer health care and biotech industry, and business-to-business experience in health care professional and direct-to-consumer industries.

John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations and from Columbia University with a Master of Business Administration.

John also served as Captain in the US Army and Army Reserve.
