Keith Hobson, BSc (Hons)
Chief Operating Officer RSA

Keith is the Chief Operating Officer of RSA with responsibility for all business in Europe and operational matters across the global business. He joined RSA in January 2002 to set up the Interim Management business RSA Interims. In September 2005 he was promoted to COO.

Keith has extensive senior management experience in the Life Sciences, Information Technology and Management Consulting sectors covering both International and Domestic markets. Prior to joining RSA he had more than 25 years direct business experience, working at Board level, for a variety of distinguished IT, Consulting and Executive Search firms. For the last eighteen years he has specialised in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. He has operated in most parts of the world, holding top-level positions across Europe and Australia as well as running Distributor operations in the Middle East, Africa and South America.

In addition to his executive career Keith has also spent several years as Non-Executive Chairman of an OFEX listed Technology plc. He has also served as Deputy Chairman of the Interim Management Association (IMA) for three years. He holds a joint Honours Degree in Computer Science and Statistics and in the course of his career has studied on a number of Advanced International Management programmes at INSEAD and Ashridge Business Schools.
