Kenny Chen is a Consultant with RSA in Singapore. He joined in 2007 and has since been in charge of Contingency Recruitment for the Southeast Asian market. He has successfully placed candidates across various functions such as R&D, Sales & Marketing, Clinical Research, Medical Marketing and Logistics, and has recently made RSA's first placement in Vietnam.

Kenny has an intimate knowledge of the recruitment problems and candidate issues faced by Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Life Sciences companies, and is always keen to share his expertise. Toward this end, he is currently serving on the Career committee in the University of Michigan Alumni Singapore, helping his fellow alumni gain a greater understanding of the Life Sciences employment market in Singapore.

Kenny graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry. He joined Merck KgAa upon graduation as a Product Specialist serving the emerging Life Sciences and Biotechnology sectors in Singapore and hence is well aware of the research market and the key research figures in Singapore.
