Michael joined RSA Interims in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, based in Switzerland.

Michael brings to the team over 11 years experience of Life Sciences recruitment across multi-function areas, with a particular focus in Clinical, Medical and R&D, primarily in the UK and mainland Europe.

After graduating in Business Studies, Michael worked in the media industry before starting his recruitment career. In 2000, he joined a niche recruitment company involved in Pharmaceutical and IT recruitment. Michael then joined a privately-owned recruitment firm where he was instrumental in establishing a pharmaceutical division. In 2005 Michael was appointed Managing Director of Taylor Mclaren where he built a company successfully servicing the Life Sciences, Public and IT sectors.

Michael has a wealth of experience in recruiting professionals in a variety of roles across several industries and sectors. He joins us at an exciting time of expansion at RSA.
