Nicola Harding, B Pharm (Hons)

Nicola joined RSA in January 2007 and is Director, RSA London. Nicola heads the Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Practices, focusing on searches within these areas across the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industry sectors. She is a member of the company's UK Leadership Team and Global Management Team.

Nicola's career in executive search began in 1991 when she joined Talentmark as a Senior Consultant. Five years later she moved to Korn/Ferry, where she spent three years as Principal Consultant in their European Healthcare Practice, gaining extensive experience in the handling of complex cross-border search assignments across most functional areas.

Nicola went on to gain further executive search experience with TMP. MSL, and in 2000 she re-joined Talentmark as Executive Director, handling senior level searches across most industry functional areas, but with a particular focus on Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. She left there to join RSA.

Nicola graduated in Pharmacy and worked in a number of London Teaching Hospitals, and in the Middle East, before moving into the pharmaceutical industry, where she spent 5 years in sales, international market development and medical communications, prior to establishing a career in executive search.
