Perry joined RSA in 2006 and has over 20 years international recruitment experience within a wide range of industry sectors (including pharmaceuticals; healthcare and medical), operating at a senior level.

Perry has worked in Executive Search, Contingency recruitment and Interim Management. He worked in-house for a six month period with a leading financial organisation. He has also successfully set up international joint venture recruitment partnerships.

Experienced in all forms of resourcing difficult positions on a global basis, Perry also has experience in key account management, and managing volume recruitment campaigns up to board level appointments.

Perry can also add value as an experienced psychometric test administrator and competency based interviewer.

He has a BA Honours degree in Business Studies.
