Ricky Lau
Consultant; RSA-Foster Partners China

Ricky Lau has been recruiting within the Greater China region since 2009. In his current role as Consultant he is responsible for recruitment within the Medical Devices industry.

Prior to joining RSA-Foster Partners in 2011, Ricky worked for MRI China Group as a Business Consultant based in Shanghai as part of the Medical Device team. He was successful in completing more than 10 assignments in his first six months after joining. Before joining MRI China Group, Ricky worked for HRnetOne, a Singapore based executive search firm as Regional Consultant. His experiences at HRnetOne were able to help develop a 360 approach in the recruitment process.

Ricky began his career in Taipei, Taiwan in 2005 working as an Account Manager for a Life Sciences publications company EMD-ASIA. He was responsible for sales covering the pharmaceutical industries with companies such as GSK, Novartis and Roche.

Graduating from the University of Toronto, Canada with a BSc in Human Biology he returned to Asia after 10 years of living overseas. He is fluent in both English and Chinese.
