Sandra Hegger

Sandra joined RSA Germany in 2012 and brings with her over 12 years of experience in Life Sciences Executive Search. She conducts executive searches for national and international clients, including general management, sales & marketing and human resources roles as well as specialized R&D positions. In addition she worked in Interim Management over the last years specializing on senior management positions across all sectors.

She began her career with Spencer Stuart in Research located in Düsseldorf and later Frankfurt working on numerous international searches within the Consumer and Life Science Practice. Prior to joining RSA, she has been Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles’ Life Science Practice conducting general management and senior management searches in Europe.

Sandra holds an engineer's degree in technical textiles and an additional degree in economics. She is fluent in German and English.
