Seda joined RSA FarmaCity in January 2009 as a Consultant and in 2012 she was promoted to Turkey Country Lead Consultant. Seda works on mid-to-senior level assignments across all functions in the Life Sciences.

Seda has in-depth knowledge of Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs as well as Market Access, Pricing, Outcomes Research and Health Policy roles. She has worked closely with many top bio-pharmaceutical clients in helping acquire top talent for their organisations.

Seda’s responsibilities also include RSA FarmaCity’s business growth and client and candidate satisfaction. Seda plays a key role in the sustained growth of RSA FarmaCity in Turkey, CIS & the Middle East.

Prior to joining FarmaCity, Seda worked for an international staffing firm as a consultant.

Seda holds Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Marmara University in Istanbul, which was taught in French.

Seda is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
