Sue joined RSA in 2011, bringing extensive experience in Life Sciences search gathered over the last 18 years. As part of the London team she has a particular interest in medical, clinical and regulatory assignments.

She started her career in search in 1993, setting up a new resourcing group within a boutique firm, leading teams and placing medical and clinical professionals into all the major pharmaceutical companies. In 2004 she moved to city headhunting firm Hoggett Bowers with a remit to build a Life Sciences practice, and began working across a wider range of functions. She subsequently moved to Norman Broadbent as a Director working on C-level searches before moving to RSA.

Sue's experience encompasses conducting searches across all major departments, from technical R&D roles through to development and commercial as well as the supporting functions of IT, finance and HR. She has worked with organisations in the biotech, devices, OTC and diagnostics markets as well as pharmaceutical companies.

Her early career started with a chemistry degree followed by several years as a medical representative. She then developed an interest in computational chemistry and subsequently worked in the IT sector. Outside work she spends time with her family and writes novels for teenagers.
