Virginia joined the Singapore office of RSA as a consultant in July 2010.

Before joining RSA, Virginia was a Consultant at Optia Partners K.K, a Japanese executive search firm focusing on providing service to multinational firms seeking bilingual professionals in Japan. As a part of the Life Sciences team, she was involved with client development and focused on delivery to the Medical Device industry and Clinical/RA/QA functions.

Virginia holds a BA from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in General Business and Japanese. Born and schooled in the United States, Virginia is fluent in English and Cantonese. During her six years of residing in Japan, she also developed the ability to speak conversational Japanese.
