Nicola HardingNicola graduated in Pharmacy from Nottingham University and went on to gain experience in hospital pharmacy in a number of London Teaching Hospitals and also in the Middle East. She subsequently moved into the pharmaceutical industry where she gained five years of experience, initially in sales, and then in international market development, medical communications and business development.

Nicola’s career in search began in 1991 when she joined Talentmark as a Senior Consultant. Five years later she moved to Korn/Ferry, where she spent three years as Principal Consultant in their European Healthcare Practice, gaining extensive experience in the handling of complex cross-border search assignments across most functional areas.

Further search experience in healthcare was then gained in TMP MSL, and in 2000 Nicola re-joined Talentmark, where, as Executive Director, she was a key member of the management team that achieved an MBO from the founder and owner of Talentmark. Her prime focus was on senior level search assignments within the Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs areas, working with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer healthcare and medical devices sectors .She also established, grew and managed (for 4 years) the in-house Research team.

Nicola has recently joined RSA as Co-Director of their newly established central London operation.

She also heads the Medical Practice, and whereas her prime focus is on senior level searches in the Medical sector, she also handles search assignments in other areas, including Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.
