Sarah Linton Director, Assessment; RSA
Sarah has been with the Talent Lifecycle Services business since 2009. She has previously worked for a FTSE 100 recruitment company for 5 years with responsibilities including team management, training and business development. Her experience and expertise is in the area of in depth assessment for Director level appointments, career development, succession planning, designing and delivering assessment centres, conducting outplacement counselling and career planning and campaign management.
Sarah graduated from Middlesex University in 1995 with a BA Honours degree in Business Studies. She is a trained competency interviewer and assessment centre assessor and she has completed her Level A and Level B Certificate in Occupational Assessment. Sarah is qualified to use the following psychometric tools: Hogan Personality Inventory, Motives Values Preferences Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, ProfileMatch, Coast, Firo B, Wave, Wave 360, Talent Q Dimensions, OPQ, SHL Motivation and Working Styles Questionnaires, EBW, NEO-PIR, LJI. Sarah has been a co-trainer on the Level A and B accreditation courses for the past three years.
