RSA Head Office

RSA's Head office is situated in 12,000 acres of beautiful parkland belonging to the historic Hatfield House.

The offices are modern and comfortable, there are seven dedicated interview suites and a comfortable, well equipped Boardroom for use by candidates and clients. The environment was carefully selected to ensure that visitors to RSA gain a positive and lasting first impression of each clients' commitment to the projects we deliver.

Getting to the office is easy: we are close to the A1 and M25 and two minutes walk from Hatfield main line station which is a 17 minute journey from London Kings Cross railway station. London Luton airport is 20 minutes away with London Heathrow and London Stanstead 45 minutes away.

The RSA office is on the Melon Ground right next to historic Hatfield House. This stands in its own park near Hatfield Old Town, Hertfordshire. (NB - do not confuse Hatfield Park with Hatfield Business Park!).

By Car: Hatfield House is close to the M25 motorway, about 22 miles north of London. It is about a mile from Junction 4 of the A1(M) motorway with the A414 Hertford road. Ignore Junction 3 on the A1(M) if travelling north. Take Junction 4. Follow the brown English Heritage signs via the A1000 to Hatfield House. At the big wrought-iron gates of the House, please report to the Gate-Keeper. The person on duty will let you through – please remember to take your directions from the gate to RSA as the gatekeeper may be busy.

By Train: Hatfield railway station is on the East Coast Main Line from London to Yorkshire, the North-East and Edinburgh. It is on the western edge of the Old Town, less than a 5 minute walk from RSA. From London via Finsbury Park, King's Cross or Moorgate Main Line stations. Fast trains - allow for 25 minutes; stopping trains, 35 minutes. From the North, change at Stevenage from Intercity to fast local service. This takes about 15 minutes. Walk straight across the road from Hatfield station to the main gates of Hatfield House and report to the Gate-Keeper. The person on duty will let you through – please remember to take your directions from the gate to RSA as the gatekeeper may be busy.

From Gatwick airport: It is a distance of approximately 83 miles so please allow at least 120 minutes at peak times.

From airport exit, take M23 northbound, signposted London
At Junction 8 branch left, follow signs to Dartford and join M25
Follow M25 through Dartford Tunnel (toll) and on to Junction 23 at South Mimms, where it joins A1(M) northbound
Follow A1(M) northbound through Hatfield Tunnel to Junction 4

Take tunnel exit from Heathrow. At the second roundabout take first exit left signposted M4 West
After almost one mile, branch left at Junction 4b to join M25
Follow M25 for about 25 miles to Junction 23 at South Mimms, where it joins A1(M) northbound
Follow A1(M) northbound through Hatfield Tunnel to Junction 4

From Luton airport: It is a distance of approximately 15 miles so please allow at least 45 minutes at peak times.

At airport exit, turn left in the direction of Luton and M1
From roundabout at foot of hill, turn left towards M1
From next set of roundabouts, turn right and take B653 signposted Wheathampstead
On B653, travel through Batford, East Hyde and past Wheathampstead. Then past the main gates of Brocket Hall and St John's Church, Lemsford (both on your left). Continue to the roundabout at Stanborough and junction with B197
At Stanborough, with The Bull public house on your left, go forward under the A1(M) motorway
Immediately at next roundabout, turn right on to A6129 towards Hatfield and A414
At next roundabout (J4 of A1(M)) turn left on to A414

At airport exit, cross M11 motorway via roundabout. Take exit for A120 signposted Hertford
Follow A120 past Bishops Stortford. Then continue through Little Hadham and Standon to its junction with A10
Follow A10 through Collier's End and Wadesmill to a point about one mile after it becomes dual carriageway
Then take A414 signposted Hertford. Stay on A414 past Foxholes roundabout, Hertford Town Centre and Hertingfordbury to Hatfield
Follow the brown heritage signs towards Hatfield House. Turn left and join A1000 at The Red Lion public house
