Andy, previously Senior Consultant, joined RSA in 2015 and brings more than 25 years’ executive search experience, combined with a deep scientific background and a longstanding understanding of biotechnology clients and their leadership needs. A qualified neuroscientist with a BSc and PhD in Pharmacology, Andy has advised on senior appointments across global pharma, biotech, speciality pharma, medtech, and academic research organisations.

His areas of expertise span discovery research, clinical development, regulatory affairs, market access, medical, commercial, and general management.
