Sixfold Biosciences is a UK-based biotechnology company developing next-generation RNA therapeutics using a novel oligonucleotide delivery platform. The company focuses on enabling targeted delivery to previously inaccessible tissues, addressing significant unmet medical needs.

The Situation

Sixfold Biosciences required senior financial leadership to support a critical growth phase. The company needed an Interim / Fractional CFO with proven experience in fundraising, complex deal structuring, M&A transactions and capital markets exposure, including UK and US listings. A flexible interim solution was preferred to match the project-driven nature of this phase.

The Outcome
