Large scale mapping project of NHS- and PMI-facing business development, commercial, sales, and marketing executives; aimed at driving multiple commercial growth strategies in this PE-backed home healthcare provider. Identifying talent across the commercial spectrum, but with a particular focus on best-in-class NHS bidding and tendering expertise.

 

The challenge:

Mapped PE-backed healthcare providers and other healthcare service companies, creating a large-scale multi-company map of WHO Commercial and BD teams, identifying those candidates who referenced multiply and consistently as proven, energetic, and PE-friendly. Consulted with H-a-H on their needs to construct three role profiles, introducing top picks from the map and advising on greatest relevance to the required competences.
