The challenge:

In the wake of extraordinary growth under the PE ownership of Cinven and an acquisition by Canadian-listed Concordia, the company found itself with a global presence that was lacking infrastructure, and a mandate for acquisition but without the people capability, tools, systems or processes to support it

 

How our approach made a difference:

Alongside the CEO, developed a role profile from scratch for the company’s first VP HR, identifying the relevant experiential and behavioral criteria and targeting global pharmaceutical companies with relevant market exposure (especially India), and pertinent M&A and organic growth stories.
