Placement | Biocon Biologics Appoints Rhonda Duffy as Chief Operating Officer
The RSA Group is pleased to announce the placement of Rhonda Duffy as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Biocon Biologics, an innovation-led and fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that develops affordable biosimilars, generic formulations and complex Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). We are delighted that Rhonda has settled into her new position in Bangalore, India, which began on 4th July 2023.
Rhonda has more than 30 years of leadership experience in product supply-focused positions and brings strong expertise in the manufacturing of approved biologics. Throughout her career, she has managed large, diverse global teams across multiple sites and product lines.
In her new role as COO, Rhonda will lead Biocon’s global operations functions, including Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Projects. She joins the Biocon Executive Leadership Team, reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Shreehas Tambe.
