Andy joined RSA in 2015.  He brings a unique profile to executive search, combining a strong and relevant academic and research background in Neuropharmacology with over 25 years executive search experience in leading Life Science organisations. 

Andy enjoys working on leadership appointments across all functions and has successfully placed senior level executives in a range of Life Science organisations including global pharma, biotech and Academic Research Institutes. He has extensive knowledge and interest in several Therapeutic Areas, particularly Neurosciences and Oncology which has an enabled him to build a global network of professional contacts in several key functions, including Discovery Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Sciences and Market Access. 

Andy holds a BSc and PhD in Pharmacology and enjoys trying to keep in touch with new innovative biomedical developments
