Clara joined RSA in 2021 and is based in Frankfurt. She works closely with the UK headquarters to ensure consistency across logistical, financial and operational systems within RSA’s global offices. As Executive Assistant, she is a key point of contact for European-based communication and administration, supporting activities in Germany and Switzerland.

Before joining RSA, Clara gained extensive executive search experience at Robert Half International and spent over ten years at Deininger Consulting as personal assistant to a partner and co-owner, supporting senior-level and C-suite assignments.

At RSA, she supports administration, client documentation, market intelligence and the interim business. Her expertise lies in executive search operations and process management, and she is known for her structured, reliable and highly efficient approach.
