Kristian joined RSA in 2006.  He is based in Frankfurt and has been with RSA in various senior roles. After initially joining in project management and executive search roles, he returned to RSA in 2012 as Managing Director and Head of DACH. Following further leadership positions outside the firm, he rejoined RSA in 2019 as Managing Partner DACH and has served as Chief Commercial Officer since December 2019. 

Before and between his tenures at RSA, Kristian held senior roles in executive search and industry. He was a Partner at two global executive search firms and served as Head of Tender Management and Legal Counsel for a mid-sized German generics company, where he was responsible for tender strategy, global API and CMO sourcing, and cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality.

At RSA, Kristian works on Executive Search and Interim Management assignments within the global life sciences sector and ensures organisational alignment with strategic commercial objectives. His expertise includes commercial leadership, generics, biosimilars, CDMO, pharmaceuticals and growth strategy. He has over 18 years of consulting experience, is a qualified lawyer certified in pharmaceutical law and, holds an MBA.
