Matt joined RSA in 2007, joining as financial controller and eventually CFO in 2021.

Matt works fractionally across a range of clients and sectors, including work in a number of Biotech through the years. 

He is an experienced and personable CFO who is a chartered accountant and has been working with growing businesses for almost 20 years. He works directly with boards and business owners and directors to create and develop growth strategies, and provides a critical eye to financial performance.
