Nick joined RSA in 1994.  He is the Executive Chairman and has pioneered our unique Data Driven Due Diligence® methodology which minimises risk and maximises upside when building and developing Boards and executive leadership teams.  He is an experienced Non-Executive Director and investor in several life sciences companies who understands the dynamics of galvanising and inspiring leadership, whilst continuing to mould, professionalise and commercialise. He is also a member of the National University of Singapore Medicine International Council. 

For four decades he and his team at RSA have helped to build hundreds of companies which have brought new therapies to patients everywhere.
