Ollie Stephens is part of our Talent Acquisition team, supporting consultants with global assignments as well as providing essential Market Intelligence for both consultants and clients. His diligent approach and inquiring mind are invaluable to our in-depth research and analysis processes.
Ollie achieved a First-Class Honours Degree in Sociology and Social Policy and went on to do a master’s degree in Social Research specialising in Drug Policy. He also has experience in research and sales as well as taking on a leadership role as student ambassador at his university. This taste of leadership has triggered a desire to learn from the best in the business; he is finding plenty of opportunities to be inspired by some of the best leaders in life science through our assignments and research projects.
